Based in Lisbon and born in Paris, Rose is a fashion scientist specialising in the second life of forgotten goods. She is the founder of Something’s Cooking, an experimental brand focusing on up-cycling fabrics, old clothes and all kinds of objects. In giving a second life to ‘trash’, Rose offers a new way of consuming fashion, reevaluating our conception of garments and reconnecting people with the real value of things. The consumer determines the price, with a shared knowledge of the time and costs of production.

Rose draws her creative drive from the challenge of making fashion more sustainable, and in turn, sustainable fashion more affordable. As a multidisciplinary artist, she designs, sews and builds capsule collections of clothes, jewellery and bags that tell stories.
